Challenges

Nissin Shoji is a foreign-invested enterprise with headquarters located in Japan, thus placing strict requirements on uniformity in data management and multinational operations capabilities. However, the use of individual management tools in the purchasing and purchasing process has led to fragmented data, causing difficulties in supply chain control, reducing operational transparency and limiting effectiveness in risk management.


Ineffective decentralization:

The company is currently using manual work management software, leading to many unauthorized people accessing and leaking important information.



Customer and debt management limitations:

With customers mainly being businesses, each Nissin Shoji partner has a separate quote policy. However, the current management system does not meet the requirements of debt control and quote management for each customer, causing difficulties in the process of signing contracts, tracking deliveries and affecting the reliability of partnerships.


Ineffective inventory management:

Even though it is an enterprise operating on a multinational scale, Nissin Shoji has not yet applied specialized software for inventory control.
